McCarson Response Consulting is a sole proprietorship based in Houston, Texas, United States of America. It was established in 2008, and is fully insured for general and professional liability. No service agreement is required, however, we will comply with your contracting requirements. Founder William McCarson has been involved in emergency response most of his career, including serving on his hometown volunteer fire department, search and rescue operations in the U.S. Coast Guard, oil and hazardous materials response in the U.S. Coast Guard, and serving as an emergency response consultant for the oil and gas industry since 2001. From experience and training in the U.S. Coast Guard and the oil industry, William has developed a wide scope of skills and knowledge in emergency management methods and techniques. He is knowledgeable in the regulations of the U.S. Coast Guard, Minerals Management Service, Environmental Protection Agency, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Department of Transportation. William is a qualified trainer for Incident Command System, HAZWOPER, DOT Hazardous Materials Regualtions, and provides courses in Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Crisis Communications. William has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Angelo State University.
